Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

1. Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

2. International Shipping

  • Standard International via Pos Malaysia: 7-14 business days
  • Express International via DHL Express: 3-7 business days

Shipping Fees:

  • Calculated at checkout

Free Shipping:

  • Free shipping is available for orders over RM250 applicable to domestic orders or if there is a special promotion period.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over RM900 or USD200.00 applicable to international orders.

Delivery Exceptions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, natural disasters, or courier issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office.
  • Customers are responsible for paying these fees.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through our provided tracking portal link.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Incorrect Shipping Information
